Following the planned hard fork yesterday 1st October, all Flare nodes need to be running v1.7.1806.

The FIP.05 hard fork was completed yesterday. This has implemented the measures required for the Flare network to move to Staking Phase 2. Everyone will soon be able to stake to Flare validators. Watch this space... Remind yourself of the details ⤵️
